I have been involved in the very top level of sports and athletics for most of my life. As a former professional rugby player in South Africa and England, to soldier in the Unites States Army, I have a vast and unique knowledge base in regard to strength and conditioning. I have been fortunate enough to train and learn from all-time ranked powerlifters such as Brandon Lilly and many great athletes in my previous professions. I specialize in strength-based athletic training, hypertrophy and body recomposition (changing how you look). My mission is to provide you with a unique, challenging yet effective program allowing you to not just see results or reach goals; but smash them; leaving you wanting more.
