After getting my B.S in kinesiology and sport psychology, I decided to base my approach to fitness on holistic health. I believe it is my responsibility to help you achieve your best, physically and mentally, so that you can tackle your life goals with confidence. My experience has led me to work with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. I dedicate time to get to know my clients on a personal level so they feel cared for and never judged. My deep knowledge of the mind-body connection has resulted in clients feeling more energized, self-confident, and less stressed. My research in motivation, habit formation, and goal setting has helped individuals create realistic goals and achieve them in a timely matter. My main priority is to educate clients so they can find joy in integrating fitness into their daily lives.
