I am a wife and mother. I enjoy running, hiking, weight training, gardening, spending time with family and traveling. Fitness has always been a part of my life and in the past 4 years I started working with members. I have had the opportunity to work as a Health Coach and instruct group classes like "Women on Weights" and "Prenatal Fitness" at the Haselwood YMCA. My focus is to pass on my excitement and love for fitness to each client as they work toward reaching their goals with knowledge, discipline and encouragement through a personalized training program. Whether you are new to your fitness journey, looking to break through a plateau or find your way back to a healthy lifestyle I will aim to challenge you every step of the way.
