The decision to join the Y and embrace a more active lifestyle is one of the biggest and best choices I’ve ever made. This community has truly provided a healthy place for me to work on my spirt, mind and body. I started small with small goals, but made the commitment to myself to start on a better and healthier way of life. Over the past five years I have gained the confidence and happiness that I have always longed for but never quite knew how to find. Through weight lifting and hard work I have seen first hand the results of dedication and hard work. I started off doing strictly cardio classes but saw my body truly change after I began lifting weights. I currently teach Women On Weights, participate in our Strongman competition, and love all things sports related. Whether you’re just starting out or were born in the weight room, I’d love to help you achieve your goals and be the best version of you.
