I have been a National Strength and Condition Association certified personal trainer for 17 years, coached competitive and recreational sports over the past 30+ years, and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. I work with all ages (in the past ranging from 6-92), as well as diverse populations, such as, athletes, members of the military and their families, those with mental and physical disabilities, individuals affected by Parkinson’s disease, cancer victims, stay-at-home moms, senior citizens, pre-op and post-op patients, and many more.
I love anything to do with fitness, sports, and the outdoors and want to share that love as I help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you are a competitive athlete or someone just desiring to incorporate healthy lifestyle changes into your daily routine. Each person is different and what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another. My passion and joy is helping you reach your own potential. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader!
In my free time, I love to be outdoors, run, play sports, and spend time with my family, dog, and friends. I have run a marathon, 2 half+ marathons, a RAGNAR, a triathlon, a Tough Mudder Half and many 5Ks and I have played on numerous competitive sports teams.
