What do you do when you decide to retire after 28 years of teaching? You begin diving into other passions and new ways of helping others. I recently decided that after 28 years of dedicating a significant and rewarding portion of my heart and life to 3rd and 4th graders, it was time for a new adventure. Even though I have shifted gears, the desire to help and encourage others is still the same. I chose to become a personal trainer and have already had the privilege of helping women ages 19-90 begin working towards personal fitness and wellness goals.
Fitness and healthy living have been a part of my lifestyle from childhood to the present. I have enjoyed working out in a variety of ways including indoor gyms, running, hiking, boot camps, and Camp Gladiator fitness programs. Now, I am thrilled to channel that passion in a way that helps women achieve their personal goals to be well, to be fit, and to be healthy. I am perceptive to needs, am able to encourage and motivate in a cheerful way, and can design and differentiate training for each individual. I would love to partner with you and help you on your journey to meet your personal health and fitness goals!
