I've been in the fitness field since 1992. I started out as a competitive Powerlifter and a Bodybuilder. In 2004 and 2008 I won 1st place in Lightweight and overall champion in the Mr. Fort Lewis competition. I spent ten years working with the U.S. Navy as a Lead Fitness Coordinator helping the military stay healthy and fit for mission readiness. I've always had the love and passion for fitness and enjoy passing my knowledge onto others. My Goal as a personal trainer is to help you step out of your comfort zone and challenge your body through a variety of fitness programs that are safe, fun, and effective. I will help you achieve results with challenging workouts, follow ups and proper nutritional guidance. Strong mind! Strong Body! Strong Core.
