For the last eight years, it has been my joy and privilege to instruct YMCA members in many different class formats. Whether young or old, fit or getting fit, my goal has always been to meet individuals where they are physically, give them tools to build strength, and make the experience creative and fun.
Now I bring that same passion and purpose to personal training. All bodies are meant to move, but each body is different. My approach is to understand your needs and physical starting point, design a safe program to progress you toward your goals, and make the process challenging, varied and enjoyable.
Whether you compete athletically, are recovering from an injury or surgery, or desire to build strength for the first time, I look forward to helping you meet your goals and overcome your challenges.
