When I was 13 years old, I knew I wanted to work in the fitness industry. I used to ride the bus to the gym and stayed until my mom could pick me up. I was a competitive soccer player and had a deep passion for running and lifting weights. I loved how working out made me feel, inside and outside of the gym. My love for helping others, building meaningful relationships and fitness has led me to where I am today. As my client, I want to help give you the confidence and knowledge to not only know what to do in the gym, but also teach you how to achieve attainable and maintainable fitness goals. I want to show you that fitness can be a lot of fun, especially when you begin to see the results you desire. Let me help you get those results!
I have almost ten years of experience teaching group fitness. I have taught circuit, bootcamp, TRX, step aerobics, indoor cycling, core classes, senior fit, muscle toning, cardio strength and small group training. When I’m not in the gym, I love spending time with my three kids and husband, being a soccer mom, and riding my road bike.
