The human body is an amazing machine. I believe we are happiest, healthiest and most able to enjoy life when we give the body what it needs; movement, nutrition, light, water. Sounds simple, but it's often the last thing we prioritize. My goal is to help others improve their movement and fitness, and enjoy life more at every age.
For the last 14 years, I have worked in the fitness world, teaching individuals, group exercise classes, and overseeing health and well-being programs. Young or old, fit or getting fit, limited with health challenges or not, I meet individuals where they are physically today, and give them tools to build strength, and help them progress toward their goals.
I believe exercise should be safe, but also fun. And the journey should be one of joy. It is my privilege to get to know my clients and walk with them each day.
