Hi, I’m Randi – a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered at every stage of life.
With over 15 years in the fitness industry, I’ve been through it all – injuries, setbacks, pregnancy (twice), and the unique challenges of postpartum recovery. Each experience has deepened my understanding of what it truly means to meet your body where it’s at and build from there.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide spectrum of women from all walks of life and at every stage of their fitness journey, from first-time gym-goers to seasoned athletes recovering from injury. I hold multiple certifications specializing in women’s health and fitness, and I bring that science into every session. So you can feel confident that your program is grounded in both expertise and compassion.
My mission is simple: to help you feel at home in your body and in the gym. Whether you're returning after time off, navigating menopause, building strength post-injury, or training through pregnancy and postpartum – you don’t have to do it alone. I believe women deserve fitness that adapts to their lives—not the other way around. That’s why I work with you to create smart programs that honor your time, your body, and your goals.
