The human body is an intricate machine and tuning that machine is a precise science. Because a deep understanding of that science is necessary for safe and effective fitness program design, I studied at WSU to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology.
My education and certification as an Exercise Physiologist signify that my skills have been tested, evaluated, and vetted to ensure proper support of people from all walks of life and all levels of ability. I’ve trained with individuals recovering from injury, populations managing chronic disease, women progressing through pregnancy, those in need of stability and strength, and everyone else in between.
