Steven Thibert has been a Personal Trainer for 10+ years and has been a Nutrition Coach for 8+ years. He has quite the transformation journey, going from over 320 lbs in his late teens to 170 lbs and 6% body fat and competing in a natural bodybuilding show in 2017. He has been lifting and training his own body for over 11 years (hasn’t missed a single week) so with him you are getting a coach who not only talks the talk - but walks the walk. Steven is an expert in nutrition, fat loss, hypertrophy, mindset, behavior change, and food relationships.
