Ben Willis, Strong Willed Trainings' founder, has experience training a wide range of clientele, including individuals with disabilities, elite soccer players, and individuals trying to live a happier and healthier life. Ben played collegiate soccer at Gonzaga University and went onto play professional soccer in the USL Championship within the Houston Dynamo organization. He went onto become to assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Rio Grande Valley FC.
Ben is an ACSM Certified-Exercise Physiologist and Certified Inclusive Fitness Training, with a specialty in working with individuals with disabilities and has his B.A. in Kinesiology from Gonzaga University. Ben has worked with clientele who are elite athletes, individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, individuals looking for general fitness and everything in between. He is here to help you reach your fitness goals, whatever they may be.

“My experience in personal training at the Y with Ben has been amazing! I came in with the goal to lose some weight in order to reach the BMI requirement for gender affirming surgery. I wanted to make sure I worked towards this goal in a way that was healthy for my mind and body.
